By downloading, installing, or using Bolsillos, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

Bolsillos is a personal financial organization app that helps you distribute your income into categories (“envelopes”), log expenses, and visualize your financial situation. The app works locally on your device.

3. Personal use

Bolsillos is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, modify, decompile, or create derivative works from the app.

4. Not financial advice

Bolsillos is an organizational tool, NOT a financial, accounting, or tax advisory service. The app's suggestions, reports, and metrics are informational. For important financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.

5. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee specific financial results. Your financial situation depends on your personal decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Bolsillos, Bolo (the mascot), the visual design, and all app content are property of Bolsillos. Apple's rights to iOS, App Store, and related services belong to Apple Inc.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Bolsillos Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payments, renewals, and billing are processed according to Apple's terms. Prices may vary by country.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are managed directly with Apple through https://support.apple.com/HT204084.

9. Limitation of liability

Bolsillos is offered “as is.” We are not responsible for data loss, financial decisions based on the app, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription value paid in the last 12 months.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
